If you love that farm smell and don't mind getting a little dirty, this volunteer role is for you!
We need help every morning ofWednesdays, or Thursdays from 10am-12pm with barn chores, including cleaning stalls, hoof trims and animal weighing, taking care of the chickens, and more. The WNC Nature Center is taking every precaution available to protect volunteers, guests, and staff in relation to COVID-19

  • Disposable gloves will be made available to you during your shift
  • 6-foot social distance space and limited entry will be enforced
  • Staff and visitors will be required to wear masks in your area
  • Physical barriers will be installed wherever appropriate
