The Salvation Army in Lake County, Indiana is coming up and we need your help! This event will raise money for humanitarian projects in your community including food pantries, shelter programs, job training and child care, just to name a few. Help make a difference by volunteering for this fun event!
When: September 12, 2019Where: White Hawk Country Club
1001 White Hawk Drive
Crown Point, IN 46307
Shifts: There are 2 shifts for volunteers:
10am until 1pm -- Registration, table preparation, greeters
4pm until 7:30pm -- Assist with Silent Auction, provide directions, break-down/clean up
*Lunch will be available for volunteers working the 10am-noon shift; dinner will be available for volunteers working the 4pm-7:30pm shift.
** Funds raised will support local humanitarian programs of The Salvation Army Lake County, Indiana

And, The Salvation Army is delivering the most critical services -- food, shelter, emergency assistance and disaster relief.
In communities throughout Chicago and the surrounding five-county area, we extend emergency and supportive assistance from 28 corps community centers, 80 service extension units, the Emergency Disaster Services Center, residential programs, mobile units, and several counseling sites.
