The mission of the St. Louis Arc is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support, and advocacy. New volunteers must complete paperwork and volunteer orientation prior to starting.
Awake, Aware, and Alive educates participants about elements of a balanced life, including mind, body, and spirit. This class will help individuals explore new strategies to manage stress and improve overall well-being. Volunteers will help participants explore and engage in new recreational experiences, such as Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi.
Session IV : 2/2- TO 3/26 , 6 pm to 7 pm
