We Honor Veterans

Make a Difference in the Lives of Hospice Patients
"Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touched."--Judy Blume

Whether you want to see the impact you can make in the lives of patients directly or prefer to work behind the scenes, we invite you to become a member of a dedicated group of compassionate caregivers who serve as vital members of our hospice team. Caretenders Hospice - a proud member of the LHC Group family - has been serving Hennepin/Ramsey/Scott/Dakota counties for 10 years, and we have the honor of being a Level 2 We Honor Veterans partner.

We have volunteer positions open in the North Metro(Anoka, Rogers, Blaine, North Oaks),Central Metro(Minneapolis, Saint Paul),South Metro (Edina, Eagan, Bloomington), and the West Metro(Minnetonka, Plymouth, Eden Prairie).

Hospice volunteers often say that helping those in need at a critical point in their lives is profoundly and emotionally meaningful. To learn how you can become a hospice volunteer in your community, call us today at 952-831-0193, email our Volunteer Manager, Dana Chandler at Dana.Chandler@lhcgroup.com, or apply right now via the Volunteer Match website.

"If you think you're too small to make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito."
