We have 4 homes located in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Golden Valley and Minnetonka. Our mission is dedicated to preserving the dignity of individuals with memory loss by providing loving, compassionate care in a familiar home setting. Our mission of care follows a person-centered care model that is unique to each individual's needs and interests. Rakhma encourages families and friends to visit often, stay for a meal or join them on a community outing.

Rakhma Inc. has 4 residential homes in the Twin Cities area. Each home have a capacity of 10-15 residents.

Rakhma is not "a home"; rather, it is home, where friends sing together, take walks together, and forgive repeated stories. At Rakhma, families and friends are invited to drop in for a visit and all are encouraged to participate in the daily activities of the house: watering plants, peeling potatoes, folding towels, or simply enjoying the company of others.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at Rakhma Homes.
