The Seminole Advisory Board Council is seeking professionals in a variety of fields including: Finance, Marketing, Human Resources & Staffing, Legal, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Business Strategy & Operations, etc.

The Seminole Advisory Board Program is a program of the Center for Business Development at Seminole State College. This program matches companies with expert volunteer advisors in their respective expertise to guide the company through goals and challenges they face as a small business. Each company's board consists of 2-3 advisors and meets on a regular basis (quarterly or more dependent upon need).

This is an ongoign program and advisors are always needed. This program is open to Seminole County small businesses only but welcomes advisors from all over the Orlando Region. All meetings will take place at the Center for Business Development in Sanford, FL.

Advisors must be available to meet at the Sanford location and willing to commit up to 2 hours a month. All questions can be directed to Lindsey Servin via email at harmanl@seminolestate.edu or phone 407.321.3495.

Description

The Seminole State Volunteers program is dedicated to promoting volunteerism on the Seminole State campuses and throughout Seminole County.

The Seminole State Volunteers program provides Seminole State students the opportunity to develop, organized and/or sponsor a wide variety of special service programs.

The Seminole State Volunteers program provides students the opportunity to develop and enhance their leadership skills and abilities.

The Seminole State Volunteers program fosters an atmosphere that allows students an opportunity to develop life-long connections, while at the same time, helping students discover their passion in life.
