Encore Fellowships provide paid engagements in non profit organizations, usually part-time for a year, for those with 20-25 years work experience, typically age 50+, who wish to transition to the social impact sector.
A nonprofit working with youth is looking for an HR Fellow to work on strategic talent, diversity and culture projects and mentor their HR manager. Person would work in Redwood City or Oakland and remotely.
