ORGANIZATION: Pet Resource Center of Kansas City

With roughly 60 spay or neuter surgeries and 80 vaccination appointments occurring each day, we benefit from a clinic that is ready to roll when we open the doors! Help us prep for the following day of service by:

Tasks may include:

  • Highlighting & Alphabetizing Surgery & Vaccination Forms
  • Printing signed waivers
  • Printing vaccinations order forms

Volunteers can self schedule shifts from our website. Shifts are as follows:
  • Friday 9am-12pm

Volunteers are asked to donate 3 hours per month!

  • morning / 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Our mission is to decrease pet homelessness, increase pet retention, and improve the quality of life for pets through education and supportive services for families in need.

Description

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002. We're the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area, working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach provides exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.

We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.

We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
