The Produce Express program delivers a truckload of food for up to 200 families in need where traditional food pantries are not available. Each truckload provides eligible families with 25-50 pounds of nutritious food, free of charge.
By making fresh, healthy produce available to those who normally would not have access to it, Second Harvest and our partner agencies are working to encourage the community to eat healthier and make better nutritional choices.
Second Harvest partners with organizations to organize, fund and provide volunteers for Produce Express. Please reach out to find a distribution you can volunteer at!

The mission of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania is to provide food to those in need within eleven counties of northwest Pennsylvania while creating awareness and educating the community on the realities of hunger.

As the only food bank in northwest Pennsylvania, Second Harvest Food Bank provides food to those in need within eleven counties of northwest Pennsylvania while creating awareness and educating the community on the realities of hunger.
Second Harvest serves 11 counties in northwest Pennsylvania, including: Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Venango and Warren.
Second Harvest is a member of Feeding America, a network of food banks and food distribution programs in the United States. This membership allows Second Harvest to cooperate with other member food banks, to receive food from national corporate food donors, and to benefit from national publicity and mutual support.
