As a medical facility that cares for over 1,000 patients daily, we receive a high volume of mail. The volunteer would have to open the mail, read it, scan it into the patients account and then direct it to the proper person in the department to respond or resolve whatever is requested in that letter.

MedAlliance is an Article 28 New York State Department of Health Licensed Medical Center in New York.
