Capital Caring Hospice Volunteer - You make a difference!

Be a compassionate visitor to a person with a life-limiting illness. Capital Caring's Adler Center for Caring needs dedicated volunteers to provide companionship to hospice patients in our 21-bed inpatient hospice facility. Being a good listener is a must! May involve chatting with patients or family members, hearing life stories, holding a hand, reading to a patient, being a friend, or supporting staff as they care for patients. Volunteers are needed any day of the week between 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Volunteer will be asked to give 2 - 4 hours/week. Orientation and training are required. Ongoing support is provided. Come join a team of supportive professionals who value volunteers tremendously! You will find a home here at the Adler Center for Caring.

The Adler Center for Caring is a twenty-one bed inpatient hospice facility in Aldie, Virginia. Our doors opened in September 2014. Capital Caring and the Adler Center value their volunteers as they are essential to our organization. We are always looking for compassionate, dedicated volunteers to help us fulfill our mission.
