Do you like to get an early start? Does that early start get even better when you see a cute furry pet? Then Surgery check-in is the opportunity for you. Our clinic is fast-paced & fun!

We are seeking volunteers to assist in the morning with greeting customers in our parking lot and helping them get into the correct lanes for check in. Some back and forth inside our clinic to get paperwork printed is involved. This position is like a game of tetris but with cars! You'll see lots of furtty friends arriving for their Spay/Neuter surgery as well!

Shifts are Monday-Friday from 7:45am-10am. Volunteers typically pick up a weekly shift but can self schedule as often as they wish from our website.

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002 and is the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach is to provide exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.

We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.

We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
