Give comfort to those at the end of life by becoming a hospice volunteer. You can help make our patients day just by being a friendly face and a kind presence!
Hospice care goes beyond medical needs to address the emotional and social well-being of our patients. Our volunteers help us meet these needs by visiting patients to provide companionship. Read someone a book or the news, play a game, share stories, take someone outside or just be present with those who are no longer able to engage. You can make a difference!
Would you sit bedside by our patients to help them make the transition from this life? We believe that no one should have to die alone. Our volunteers say that it is a true privilege to visit their patients. We need more visitors in the Pataskala and Reynoldsburg areas, would you be willing to join our team?
We are flexible to work with your schedule and availability. Training is provided, we will make sure you are comfortable and confident in your volunteer work.

The mission of Bella Care Hospice is to affirm and celebrate the significance of human life and recognize dying as a natural process. We carry out this mission by providing superior health, social, emotional and spiritual services to enhance the quality of life with peace and dignity for patients and support for families.
Volunteers are valued members of the Bella Care Hospice team. You can make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families while adding meaning to your own life.
Visit patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and inpatient hospice homes. Volunteers donate 4-12 hours a month visiting patients.
