Help us set up for our 5th Annual WE Build Breakfast! WE Build is a celebration of partnership between Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity and Poudre High School's Geometry in Construction Program. To get to event ready to go, we need volunteers to help set up the Poudre High School gym on Tuesday, October 8th. Set up activities include moving/placing tables, preparing center pieces, and organizing the table settings.
Volunteers will meet our staff outside the big gym on the west side of the school at 6:00 pm. Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes that you are comfortable with moving and lifting things. Dinner will be provided- please let us know if there are any food allergies that we need to accommodate.

Description
Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity partners with local families to provide affordable homeownership opportunities. Families go through an application process to be selected and qualify by income, ability to pay a mortgage, residency, and willingness to partner. Once selected, families complete sweat equity by attending educational classes about homeownership and by building their home onsite alongside staff and volunteers.
The ReStore is another component of the organization. It serves as a fundraising enterprise to support Habitat' mission of providing affordable homeownership opportunities to local families. The ReStore operates as a thrift store that accepts donations from the community and sells them back at a lower cost.
