ORGANIZATION: ATLANTA COUNCIL ON INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS INC

The Atlanta Council on International Relations (ACIR), the oldest International affairs organization in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Registrar to be the welcoming face of the organization.

Registrar duties include:

  • Managing reservations by International Professionals, Ambassadors, Consuls General, Government Officials, and International Subject Matter Experts. This is done remotely before each event day.
  • Greeting and confirming attendance onsite at each event.

The registrar is required to be present for approximately 20 events, usually held at the Capital City Club on 7 John Portman Blvd. from 10:30 am until 2:00 pm starting September 2019 through June 2020.

The registrar is a part-time, paid position, and includes free lunch at each event.
