AARP Tax Aide Scheduler: Retrieve voicemails, return phone calls, and schedule appointments for the AARP Tax Aide Program. Ability to learn scheduling software a must. Excellent data entry, phone and customer service skills are required. The AARP Tax Aide Program runs from February 2024 to mid-April 2024. Scheduling will begin in January 2024. Training for the program will begin prior to the start date.
