Lucky Duck Las Vegas is Positively Kids annual fundraising event. People are asked to adopt a duck starting at $5 and enter to win quacktastic prizes. This year the event will take place at Wet n Wild on Saturday, September 28th from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
This volunteer opportunity is the week before Lucky Duck Las Vegas. The rubber ducks will be traveling from another event and have stickers on the bottom from that event. We are asking volunteers to remove the stickers and secure new stickers to the ducks.
There will be 5,000 ducks to tag. Tagging will take place in the parking lot on the east side of the building. The time commitment will depend on the number of people who volunteer. In 2018, the tagging took approximately 30 minutes to complete. Due to the uncertain end time, we do ask parents to stay in the area.
