Engage with permanent housing residents while strengthening your case management skills when you provide them with support. You will check in with up to 15 clients doing light case management and refer them to various resources to help them function at a higher level. Working within a comprehensive team of skilled professionals, you will help the client sustain self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide light case management for clients residing in permanent housing.
- Provide guidance and support to help clients identify their own strengths and resources.
- Link and network clients with resources within Interfaith and utilize other public and private social service agencies as necessary.
- Advocate for your clients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate client case notes and ensure the highest standards of client confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- Assumes other duties as delegated by staff supervisor.

- • This is an ongoing (6+ months), weekly commitment or school internship. • One shift per week or multiple shifts per week.
- • BA degree in Sociology or related field required. • More than one year of work experience in a social services or nonprofit setting preferred. • Link and network clients with resources within Interfaith and utilize other social services agencies.
