Duties:
Assist the CEO in collaboration with an Assistant Secretary to properly operate the Nonprofit Public Benefit Organization in compliance with state and federal law for exempt organizations.
Five (5) positions are available to ensure continuity in case someone is not available to for quorum to conduct business.
