Ladder Up is looking for volunteers to work one-on-one providing tax and financial services for income-eligible households.

Everything we do is made possible or made better, thanks to our volunteers. We need your dedication, skill, and passion for our team of nearly 1400 volunteers who deliver high-quality tax preparation to working people and families totally free of charge.

All the training is provided! We make it so anyone, regardless of experience level, can serve at a tax site. *Multiple locations, flexible scheduling

During the tax season, we have 24 open tax sites and offer both evening and weekend hours. You can make an impact in your community in as little as one shift per week from February to April.
