**We currently do not have the ability to send volunteers out for in-person visits. Anyone who shows interest in this volunteer opportunity will be contacted about the onboarding process and will work with the volunteer coordinator on a training schedule until in-person visits are approved to resume. This opportunity will be updated for any changes when appropriate.**
We are looking for volunteers who have certified pet therapy animals who are willing to visit with hospice patients. Schedules are flexible and hospice training is provided. We would love to have you as a part of our team!

Join the volunteers at Beacon Hospice and learn how to provide compassionate and dignified end-of-life care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. The needs are simple--companionship and friendship, emotional support, and someone to listen. Administrative volunteer opportunities are also available.
