This position serves as a data entry and data management volunteer responding to daily operational needs in the ongoing development and implementation of The Arc Minnesota’s services. The volunteer will work closely with Arc staff and other volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Enter information into and resolve errors in the Salesforce database
- Proficiently perform tasks on the computer such as data entry, scanning documents, and other duties as requested
- Assist with statistical reporting if needed
- Work independently and within a team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Salesforce preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to present proactive solutions to potential problems
- Succinct written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient

The Arc Minnesota is a statewide nonprofit organization that works to promote and protect the human rights of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc helps people navigate systems while working to advance social change centered in justice, equity and belonging in community. Arc's Value Village is a public awareness and revenue generating vehicle for The Arc Minnesota. Arc's Value Village accepts clothing, housewares, art, media, books & related items and sells those items to the community.
