Robotics / STEAM Volunteers
Wednesdays, 4:45pm - 7pm
Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation (NBCF) offers weekly Robotics and STEAM programs for the children we serve. We are looking for some skilled volunteers that would like to help!
If you have experience in Lego Mindstorm, Java Script, Blocks, Lego WeDo or a background in engineering, math or other robotics programs we want you!
We operate under the guidelines of the First Tech Challenge so all work must be done by the students with general guidance from skilled mentors.
We meet Wednesdays at Nevada Blind Children's Foundation and additional days for scrimmages and competitions as scheduled.
If you are interested in volunteering your time, please complete the form and someone from NBCF will contact you to discuss this opportunity in further detail.
We do require all volunteers to complete a background check prior to volunteering.
