ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross

  • Manage vehicle maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with the BOS and Auto mechanic shops, and effectively manage time to avoid significant delays
  • Meet Red Cross fleet policies and standards, outlined in the Fleet Management Program Manual, including vehicle cleanliness, recommended schedule of vehicle checks, and reporting preventative maintenance needs
  • Assist and locally process vital information, including pre- and post-use checklists, mechanical checklists, and fuel receipts
  • Advise regional Operations Team of process improvements needed; suggest improvements



Overall: Work with the Business Operations Specialist (BOS) and the Chapter Executive (CE) to ensure the chapter vehicles are deployable (ready to go!)
