Be a welcoming face for visitors and friendly voice for callers. Volunteers needed to answer the phone for a few hours once a week and generally be a cheerful presence for visitors and staff. Must have a clear voice that's easily understood on the phone. May also help occasionally with informational packet assembly.
In addition to helping with a great cause, this volunteer position is also an excellent opportunity to gain job experience or learn more about care for the elderly, disabled and people at the end of life.
