ProMedica Hospice is recruiting Vigil Volunteers to be available to sit with patients as they near end of life. Volunteers will provide support and comfort to patients and families when requested. Volunteers will serve patients at their residence or in a facility. Vigil Volunteers may be called at anytime. If you have a heart for sitting vigil and a very flexible schedule in the AM and/or PM, please call. We have need for Vigil Volunteers in Hampton Roads area - Training is provided.

ProMedica Hospice provides care wherever you call home: in your house, a skilled nursing center, an assisted living facility or independent living facility. Our caregivers help create individualized care plans, set personal goals, and manage pain and symptoms. Every patient is different. With different challenges, different needs, different family and friends. So the care we give each patient is different. We treat the patient and family as a whole, providing services for body, mind, and spirit.
