Over 800 children were in Montgomery County's child welfare system in 2012. Will you make a difference for just one of them?

About

Children are robbed of their childhood when they are abused or neglected. They suffer physically, emotionally, socially, and educationally - the impact of which often lasts into adulthood.

You can help make a difference in the life of a child by volunteering with CASA: You will become a powerful voice in court by ensuring a child's needs are known and met in the child welfare system while helping them find a safe, permanent home. For many abused children, their CASA volunteer is the only constant person in their lives during a traumatic time.

No experience in the legal system or special certification necessary: we provide excellent training and support.

Learn more about what it means to be a CASA volunteer by contacting Wanda Smith, 936-441-5437, ext. 209 or go to our web site at www.CASASpeaks4Kids.com.
