Position Summary: The 2020 IRCO Gala will be held on April 9, at the Embassy Suites Portland Airport. We seek enthusiastic volunteers who are willing to assist us host a successful event by helping us procure auction items, sell tickets, brainstorm potential donors, and other tasks that may come up during the course of planning.
Key responsibilities of the committee will include:
- Monthly meetings (minimum attendance of 75%)
- Helping procure items for the live auction
- Selling tickets and tables for the event
- Finding individual and/or corporate donors who are interested in the event
Qualifications: Previous event planning experience is preferred, but not required.
