Help us spread a little sunshine to homebound hospice patients. Each year Crescent Hospice runs its Sunshine drive at the end of the summer. We are collecting items that will be bagged and taken to the Seniors in the community. We are looking for anything yellow such as socks, wash cloths, toothbrushes, yellow candy, and more. Yellow symbolizes bright and happy thoughts, and our bags are guaranteed to brighten someone’s day!

Description

Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.

Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.

Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
