Kids Get Crafty

Two volunteers are needed to plan, setup and run a monthly crafts event for kids. We are looking for creative and enthusiastic volunteers who are patient, good with children and can develop some ideas for creating innovative craft projects. Also, the volunteers will encourage children to use their imaginations to come up their own ideas. There will be some after-event cleanup as well.

1 Shift

  • 02:30 PM to 05:00 PM
    This is a regular shift on the second Friday of every month.

  • There is a time commitment of about 2.5 hours on the afternoon of the second Friday of each month. Some minimal additional time may be spent on collecting crafts materials.
  • If you are creative, love encouraging children to be "crafty" and enjoy being in a library setting, this is a great volunteer position for you!
