Our volunteers visit with patient's and provide activities from painting their nails, reading, playing games, and providing a listening ear. We serve patients everywhere within an hour radius of our office in Ozark, so there are plenty of opportunities to fit your needs. As mentioned, your mileage accrued traveling to visit with patients is reimbursed at $.47 a mile. All education and training is provided. If you are interested in joining the Preferred Hospice Family, please contact volunteer coordinator Ann Blake at 417-581-4968 today (or at ablake.oz@preferredhospice.com), and we will schedule a time to meet.
