Red Cross volunteers are the heart of the Red Cross, and we couldn't fulfill our lifesaving mission without them. As the Recognition and Appreciation Lead, you will ensure that all of our volunteers are being recognized for giving their time and talent to help fulfill our lifesaving mission. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing both informal and formal volunteer appreciation and recognition events and programs.
The Volunteer Services Recognition and Appreciation Lead will work with the Volunteer Services Engagement Lead to support volunteer supervisors with ideas, tips, and reminders for ways to informally and formally recognize volunteers.
