The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for assisting the Client Facilitator in directing all office activity and assisting clients with general inquiries. The Front Desk Assistant is often the first point of contact between our organization and the public and as such should have strong customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, and the ability to multi-task to assist multiple clients at once. This position is 100% direct service and places you in direct and meaningful contact with the clients we serve. Computer skills preferred.
- Greet new and existing clients, describe services to new clients, answer phones, triage new and existing clients for our services, answer general questions about our services.
- Perform light office work such as scanning client files and documents, maintaining client database, as well as interacting with job developers to maintain proper flow of office.
