EMPOWER HER SUCCESS IS A TECHNICAL UPSKILLING PROGRAM AIMED AT DIVERSIFYING THE PUGET
SOUND TECH INDUSTRY. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH TREEHOUSE TALENTPATH, DRESS FOR SUCCESS CLIENTS WILL WORK IN COHORTS OF 10-20 WOMEN EVERY 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE A FULL STACK JAVA SCRIPT

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
W H A T W E N E E D
We are looking for individuals with a background in tech who are passionate about diversifying Puget Sound Tech. Volunteers will help with in person study groups at Dress for Success Seattle on either a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Volunteers will assist cohort members in their Treehouse educational program as well as providing mentorship and guidance for preparing to enter the world of tech
