We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. This position will start at 3-5 hours per week, flexible days from Monday through Thursdays, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our management team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, setting up systems for bookkeeping activities, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and record payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE Courses) and is familiar with Quickbooks Online accounting software. The Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all weekly financial transactions of our company. This position required a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. Proficiency in English although bilingual ability is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to keep information highly confidential. A BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or college student in the process of completing such degree would be preferred.

Founded in 2016, ASD Achievement serves adults 18 and over who desire greater independence. ASD Achievement provides training and education in the areas of independent life skills, social skills, executive function skills and job readiness skills to Central Florida residents.
