Our volunteer team of human rights advocates and civic writers has an active website, RaisetheVoices.org, that needs to have some improvements. Basically we want certain kinds of pieces to be highlighted and for the website to be a little easier to navigate.
* featuring critical stories on the front page
* separate column for "open letters" that are mainly lobbying work
* ability to tag the original interviews to keep them centered
* overall review of the layout and any suggestions welcome
The work would be a little bit technical, and could also involve organizing the stories - or we can have another volunteer do the actual organization once the tags are set up. While we welcome people to stay in our organization long term this should be a time boxed bit of work!!

civ.works is a privacy protected social platform built for meaningful civic action.
The concept of civ.works is to finally provide a societal machine to stand up against something created nearly 50 years ago -and begin the process of empowering citizens again. We are building a platform together -against an incredibly mature and well-funded machine. Your volunteer efforts will be helping us collectively build something powerful and important.
