Our organization - www.hannahs-house.org - is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-
oriented Executive Assistant (EA). The EA will work directly with the Executive Team and will be
responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated,
professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced nonprofit
environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing nonprofit social service agency.
JOB DUTIES
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and
interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and community partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage itineraries
Work with the Organizational Teams to coordinate projects, activities and events as assigned
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Completes projects by assigning work to staff as directed; following up on results
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following
manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining
equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
establishing personal networks and participating in professional networks.
Develop and sustain a level of the highest professionalism among staff and clients
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in as an admim/office assistant and experience with social
media marketing
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-
tasking skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Description
When crisis strikes, Hannah's House assists families to make positive transitions in the family structure. The transitions are caused by: divorce/separation/custody/ visitation disputes; domestic violence; child abuse/neglect; parental substance abuse and mental illness. Hannah's House assists family members through parent and co-parent education, animal-assisted children's groups; facilitated coparenting meetings; anger management classes; and substance abuse evaluations.
