The Mask Ambassador (MA) is the first person that greets guests (patients and visitors) when they enter our hospital campus. The most important function of the MA is to make sure everyone entering the facility is using hand sanitizer and following our universal masking policy. At the same time, the MA is displaying first-class customer service and our NM mission and values.

- Explain Universal Masking Instructions
- Direct guests to next step in hospital admittance process
