Hello! The San Diego Senior Games is right around the corner!

During the month of September, men and women over the age of 50 will be competing in multiple sports all over San Diego. This year we will host the California Senior State Championships, where athletes from all across California will come to San Diego.

Now in our 32 nd year, the San Diego Senior Games is the largest event of its kind held in California, we expect over 2,000 athletes to compete. Another 1,500 will participate as volunteers, spectators, and coaches. We are the only organization in San Diego who offers older adults the opportunity to compete in a multiple Olympic style-sporting events.

We are changing lives, building better futures, and giving people an opportunity to continue to challenge themselves. We hope that you are able to help us continue to better the lives of California’s seniors.
