Join a team of compassionate volunteers sharing your time and talents to provide companionship to hospice patients and their families. You’ll receive training and orientation to help you feel confident and comfortable while you embark on this meaningful and wonderful journey!

Support our patients and their families by offering a warm presence and a helping hand.

  • Sit with patients to read or watch something on TV
  • Listen to music together, reminisce about good memories
  • Take a patient out for a short walk
  • Keep a patient company while caregivers take a break
  • Share your specialized skills - art, music, cosmetology, baking! Anything you bring to the table can bring joy to someone's day!
  • Just be together
  • Assist with day-to-day indoor and outdoor tasks like raking leaves, walking the dog, washing dishes - if these are the things you enjoy doing, it could be a big help for families that are in need!

Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Caitlyn Williams, at 610-627-2050 or cwilliams11@bayada.com for more information!

***All Volunteers that make visits to patients/families are required to have a Covid-19 vaccination, and during orientation, we will provide fit-testing for an N95 as well as a full supply of PPE so that you feel safe and comfortable when out at homes or facilities. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to direct any questions to our Volunteer Coordinator by phone or email as listed above***

BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice, and assistive care services to children, adults, and seniors worldwide. We care for our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Families coping with significant illness or disability need help and support while caring for a family member. With a variety of care and comfort services delivered through an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals and volunteers, the goal of hospice is to support a patient’s quality of life.

We can normally begin hospice services within 24 hours of your call, so you don’t have to wait when services are really needed. And with 'round the clock availability and responsiveness, you can count on the support of a member of your hospice team any time, day or night.

Our comprehensive services can include:

  • Nursing care
