No School Day classes are in full swing here at the Living Arts and Science Center! We need volunteers to help us prepare for the next week of classes and events. After service, volunteers can enjoy a planetarium show as a thank you. We are looking for volunteers that can complete the following during service events:
- Light cleaning tasks that include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash
- Refilling glue bottles, paint, and other classroom materials
- Putting away specialty items
- Restocking room cleaning supplies
- Resetting classroom tables and chairs
No School Day Classroom Resets vary but typically fall on Saturdays from 10 am-12 pm. You can register for these events by following the links below.

The Living Arts & Science Center (LASC) is a not-for-profit organization providing creative and unique opportunities in the arts and sciences for children and adults. Founded in 1968, the LASC now serves over 40,000 individuals annually through art and science exhibits, classes, workshops and community programs. The LASC provides programs and services in our own facility as well as in schools, social service agencies, community centers, libraries and at community events.
