This is an opportunity for talented architect or/and engineer to to put their best ideas in action, as the project has no creative limits!
Plamen Art Foundation is seeking to renovate the existing property and transform said property into a Art and Cultural Hub for the Community, Therefore attracting more people and businesses to the area.
The Property is near new development in the area the new City of Chicago Fleet Management Facility and the brand new, state-of-the-art, Englewood STEM High school just a block away. By revitalizing the vacant property for a longstanding Cultural and Art Center, this development will provide economic investment and economic development as well as community beautification for the Englewood neighborhood.
