The Well of Lexington provides a holistic program of safe housing, recovery support, education, and healing for women exploited by sex trafficking to empower them to reach economic independence and live productive lies. We are currently looking for qualified women to provide that education component by leading in-house groups or classes to the residents. The topics can range from things such as seeking safety, relapse prevention, anger management, domestic violence, character building, and more. The Well of Lexington, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization committed to helping women live free from sexual exploitation, addiction and homelessness.

Description

We provide safe and supportive housing, free of charge, for two years, for women recovering from sexual exploitation, human trafficking and addiction and connect them with health care, therapy, education and employment services.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • An hour per week, between the program hours of Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Minimum of 8 weeks, can continue as long as interested.
  • The knowledge of the topic you are teaching and any necessary curriculum.
