What does a Hospice Volunteer look like?

ü Sitting with a patient while their loved one goes to the store.

ü Sharing conversation with a patient or caregiver who hasn’t left their home in weeks.

ü Showing you care by calling the patient or family to check on them.

ü Running errands for a patient or family.

ü Providing companionship by just being there to sit and listen.

ü Share Musical Talent (Play Instrument, Sing, etc.)

ü Pet Therapy

ü Clerical work in an office setting.
