After a 45 hour domestic violence training, our volunteers provide counseling/legal advocacy to victims of domestic violence on our 24 hours hotline, we will continue to provide services remotely until we are able to resume services at our main office in Norristown and our office in the Montgomery County Court House.
In our main office, volunteers answer our domestic violence hotline, where they provide counseling, legal options, and resources in the community to the caller.
In the court house, we provide assistance to persons needing to file Protection from Abuse orders. We also provide court accompaniment to hearings involving violations of the PFA.
Volunteer must reside locally in Pennsylvania in one of the surrounding counties. Our offices are located throughout Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
