Hite Park Volunteer Day- Join Councilmember Rick Jennings. Parks Commissioner Devin Lavelle, in partnership with the Sacramento Capitol Lions Club, for a volunteer day to spruce up our parks on Saturday, September 28 thfrom 1-4 pm. Volunteers are needed for a parks workday at Hite Park, 5375 Valley Hi Drive. Equipment and snacks provided. All we need is you! Wear sunscreen and appropriate clothing. Minimum age to volunteer is 14, minimum age to volunteer with an adult is 3. RSVP requested to parks@devinlavelle.com or call (916) 808-7192.
