One in four Americans suffer some kind of mental illness in their lifetime. It is the silent epidemic of our generation. Subconscious was founded to fight the stigma that shrouds mental health, changing how we think about and talk about this important and relevant topic. Join us for the 4th annual Race Against Stigma 5K run (or walk!) to support our mission.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the following activities:
- Registration
- Set up
- Poster making
- Water distribution
- Directing / cheering runners
- Race timing
