Greenway Flats is a first-of-a-kind for Colorado Springs: permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless.
The 65-unit apartment complex will accommodate men and women considered chronically homeless - where the basic goals of housing, health and work are more challenging achievements for the individual. They are the most at-risk group of the Colorado Springs homeless community.
In this volunteer role you will provide front desk services to clients and guests of Greenway Flats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients and guests
- Maintain logs
- Provide support, take complaints, and coordinate requests with cross-ministry functional areas
Qualifications:
- Highly effective people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and good listening skills
- Good organizational skills
- Clerical skills
3 Shifts
- 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM
- 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM

As a faith-based organization, SRM Programs include relief services, such as emergency shelters for homeless adults, free food and clothing, daily hot meals, and showers and laundry services; and rehabilitation services include addiction recovery counseling and job readiness training.
