Each year we partner with the community in giving back to our hospice patients that may or may not receive a gift or visit during the holidays. If you would like to join us in donating items such as nonperishables food items, snacks, bottled water, or hygiene items such as brushes, sanitizers, lotions, toothbrushes, etc. let us know!! We can make gift bags/ baskets and deliver them to our patients.
If you are a group and would like to donate these items to our Hospice patients we would love to have your help!!

Hospice is a higly specialized care model for patients who have a life limiting illness and no longer want aggressive curative treatment.
The Resolutions Hospice team provides support for patients and families with:

- Physician
- Social Workers
- Chaplains
- Home Health Aides
- Volunteers
Resolutions Hospice provides care to patients and their families throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to match our volunteers with patients who are located close to them.
