Are you interested in helping with Warhol-themed children's art activities (stamping, screen printing, etc)? Now through Dec 31, we will be running Warhol art activities at various times throughout the Fall. From Open Studios the first Thursday of each month (4:30 - 7:30 pm) to Warhol Screen Printing the 2nd Saturday (10 am - 1 pm) and Sunday (1 - 4 pm) of each month, there's lots of art activities to choose from! In addition, we will need help with Children's Art Activities both dates of our Cowboy Festival (10/26 and 10/27). If you'd like to be a part of our Booth Volunteers and help with these activities, we would love to hear from you! No skills required - we teach you what you need to know. Great for mature, reliable, students who need volunteer hours.

Mission Statement
The Booth Western Art Museum will educate, entertain, and inspire guests through the exploration of Western art, popular culture, and American heritage in a welcoming environment.
Description
Open since 2003 and located just north of Atlanta along I-75, the Booth is the largest museum of its kind in the Southeast and an Affiliate to the Smithsonian Institution. At 120,000 square feet, the Booth is an architectural wonder - designed to resemble a modern pueblo and constructed from Bulgarian limestone. The Booth’s permanent collection of Western art, Presidential portraits and letters, and Civil War art allows visitors to "See America’s Story" - in paintings, sculpture, photography and artifacts. Sagebrush Ranch is an award-winning, hands-on experience and interactive children’s gallery.
Visitors can also experience American heritage through several annual events, plus lectures, programming, and exhibition openings. In addition to educational opportunities for adults, the Booth offers a wide variety of educational tours for school children, ranging in age from pre-K through High School. All programs are interdisciplinary and cover social studies, language arts, visual arts, and/or STEAM.
The Booth offers something for everyone, so come "See America's Story" for yourself!
